Semi Automatic Cream Filling Machine for accurate filling of products of various viscosities in Jars, Containers and Bottles of different shapes and sizes, with accuracy up to ± 2%. Filling capacity ranges from 50gms to 100gms and output upto 1000 fills/hr. The machine has a positive cut-off valve for drip free filling. The quantity of fill can be easily adjusted. Power input is 2 kW. The machine can be linked with Automatic Sealing / Capping machines. The machine is suitable for filling creams, adhesives, balms, chavanpras and food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic products in cream form.
